a) tracking tools
The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure that our website is designed in line with requirements and is continuously optimised. We also use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our offerings for you. These interests are to be regarded as justified within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.
The respective data processing aims and categories can be found in the corresponding tracking tools.
b) Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., for the purpose of optimising and our pages and continuously tailoring them to meet your needs. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as “Google”). In this context, pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies (see section 4) are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as
Browser type/version,
Operating system used,
Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
Host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
Time of the server request,
are transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information is used to evaluate use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, to provide other services relating to website activity and Internet usage for market research purposes and to tailor these Internet pages to meet requirements. This information may also be transferred to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data under contract. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other Google data. The IP addresses are anonymised so that an allocation is not possible (IP masking).
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en).
As an alternative to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can also prevent Google Analytics from capturing data by clicking this link. An opt-out cookie is set to prevent your information from being collected in the future when you visit this site. The opt-out cookie applies only to this browser and only to our website and is placed on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you will need to set the opt-out cookie again.
Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found at Google Analytics help.
We also use Google Conversion Tracking to record the statistical use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our website for you. Google Adwords places a cookie (see point 4) on your computer if you have reached our website via a Google advertisement.
These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages on the AdWords customer’s website and the cookie has not expired, Google and the customer will be able to tell that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page.
Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be traced via the websites of Adwords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers will know the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were directed to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they will not receive any information that personally identifies users.
If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse to set a cookie as required, for example by setting your browser to disable the automatic setting of cookies. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain “www.google.com”. Google’s Privacy Policy for Conversion Tracking can be found here (https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html).
6. Social Media Plug-ins
We use social plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram on our website on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO in order to publicise our company. The advertising purpose behind this is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the DSGVO. Responsibility for data protection-compliant operation is to be guaranteed by the respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us takes place by means of the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.
a) Facebook
Social media plug-ins from Facebook are used to help personalise your visit to our website. We use the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button. This is a service provided by Facebook.
If you call up a page on our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plug-in is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser, which integrates it into the website.
By integrating the plug-ins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.
If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can connect your visit to our website directly to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plug-ins, for example by pressing the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends.
Facebook may use this information for the purposes of advertising, market research and tailoring Facebook Pages to your needs. To this end, Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services associated with the use of Facebook.
If you do not want Facebook to associate the information collected through our website with your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights in this regard and options in your settings to protect your privacy can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/).
b) Twitter
Our web page integrates plug-ins from Twitter Inc. (Twitter). The Twitter plug-ins (tweet button) can be recognised by the Twitter logo on our site. An overview of tweet buttons can be found here (https://about.twitter.com/resources/buttons).
If you access a page on our website that contains such a plug-in, a direct connection will be established between your browser and the Twitter server. Twitter receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Twitter “tweet” button while logged in to your Twitter account, you can link the content of our pages to your Twitter profile. This enables Twitter to assign your visit to our pages to your user account. It is important to note that, as the provider of the pages, we do not have any knowledge about the content of the data transmitted or its use by Twitter.
If you do not want Twitter to be able to assign visits to our pages, please log out of your Twitter user account.
Our website also uses social plug-ins (“Plug-ins”) from Instagram, operated by Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Instagram”).
The plug-ins are marked with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of an “Instagram camera”.
When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser connects directly to Instagram’s servers. Instagram sends the content of the plug-in directly to your browser and integrates it into the page. This integration tells Instagram that your browser has accessed the corresponding page on our site, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not logged into Instagram.
This information (including your IP address) is transferred directly from your browser to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Instagram, Instagram can directly associate your visit to our website with your Instagram account. If you interact with the plug-ins, for example by pressing the “Instagram” button, this information is also sent directly to and stored on an Instagram server.
The information is also published to your Instagram account and displayed to your contacts.
If you do not want Instagram to directly associate the data collected via our website with your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website.
The data controller has integrated YouTube components into this website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that enables video publishers to post video clips and other users to view, rate and comment on them free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete film and television programmes, but also music videos, trailers or videos made by users themselves can be accessed via the Internet portal.
YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
When a YouTube component (YouTube video) is integrated into one of the individual pages of this website, which is operated by the data controller, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the person concerned is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. Further information on YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/de/ As part of this technical process, YouTube and Google obtain information about which specific sub-page of our website is visited by the person concerned.
If the person concerned is logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognises which specific sub-page of our website the person concerned is visiting by calling up a sub-page containing a YouTube video. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the person concerned.
YouTube and Google always receive information via the YouTube component that the person concerned has visited our website if the person concerned is logged into YouTube at the same time as when they are accessing our website; this takes place regardless of whether the person concerned clicks on a YouTube video or not. If the data subject does not want YouTube and Google to receive such information, they may prevent the transmission by logging out of their YouTube account before visiting our website.
The data protection regulations published by YouTube, which can be accessed at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/, provide information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.
8. Privacy policy Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps, the product of Google Inc. By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of automated data by Google Inc, its agents and third parties.
The Google Maps Terms of Use can be found under “Google Maps Terms of Use”.
9. Google Web Fonts Privacy Policy
This page uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This enables Google to know that your IP address has been used to access our website. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
To expand our online offering, you will find links to other websites on our website. The content and data processing of these external websites is the responsibility of their respective providers. To what extent personal data is collected on these other websites, please refer to their data protection declarations. You can recognise the forwarding to another website by the fact that a new browser window opens and a new address is displayed in the browser address line. Insofar as our website contains links to other websites, we have no influence over their operators’ compliance with data protection regulations. Jamade Germany is not responsible for their data protection strategies or the content of these other websites.

We use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. As a rule, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

This privacy policy is currently valid as of May 2018.
Due to further development of our website its offerings or due to changed legal or official requirements, it may be necessary to amend this data protection declaration. You can call up and print out the current data protection statement at any time on the website.
